MOSCOW, January 17. /TASS/. A US delegation led by Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman has started its visit to Ukraine on Tuesday.
"Proud to start our visit to Kiev with dynamic young Ukrainians," she said on Twitter.
She also held a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
"We discussed key challenges related to Russian aggression with Wendy Sherman and US delegation today," Shmygal said on Twitter.
The US delegation also includes US Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl. US officials are set to meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, the US State Department said.
