KIEV, December 20. /TASS/. A massive explosion took place in the Izyum district of the Kharkov region at night, resulting in a fire, the Ukrainian media outlet Strana reported on Tuesday.

The explosion took place around 2 a.m. Moscow time.

Local authorities have not yet commented on the incident.
