KIEV, December 14. /TASS/. Blasts are heard in the Ukrainian capital Kiev on Wednesday morning, Ukrainian media reported.

An air raid alert was issued in the region at 05:55 local time (06:55 Moscow time).

Civil defense sirens are also sounding in the surrounding Kiev Region, as well as in the regions of Zhitomir and Vinnitsa.
