NEW YORK, December 1./TASS/. French President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that he expected to have talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the coming few days.

"In the coming days, I wanted first to have the state visit and in depth discussion with the President Biden and our teams together," Macron said in an interview with ABC when asked when he expected to speak to the Russian leader. The French president arrived in Washington on November 29.
