KIEV, October 31. /TASS/. Air raid sirens went off in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev as well as across twelve regions of the country, according to the official air raid resource.

According to its data, the alerts have been declared in the Zhitomir, Kiev, Chernigov, Sumy, Vinnitsa, Cherkassk, Poltava, Kharkov, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolayev and Odessa Regions.
