MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces have been plotting provocations against a number of hydropower plants and will be using dry weather for active actions, Vladimir Rogov, who chairs the We Are Together with Russia movement, wrote on his Telegram channel on Sunday.

"We know that the Kiev regime, led by its Western sponsors, has been working on a provocation against the Kremenchug, the Middle Dnieper and the Dnieper hydropower plants," he said.

Rogov also pointed to the increased fighting along the line of contact and said that the enemy had been concentrating forces and large numbers of foreign mercenaries there. Hence, "the enemy is highly likely to go on the counteroffensive," with time running out before the mud season, he warned.

He said the coming week, where there are a number of commemorative dates, might not be an easy one. "This is why I’m calling on the command of the Russian Armed Forces and residents of the Zaporozhye Region to step up vigilance both along the Zaporozhye line of contact and in the entire Zaporozhye Region," he concluded.
