KHERSON, September 27. /TASS/. The Election Commission of the Kherson Region has declared the referendum on accession to Russia valid, a TASS correspondent reported from the committee’s meeting on Tuesday.

"The protocol on the outcome of the vote has been signed, a decision on the referendum’s results has been adopted unanimously," Committee Chair Marina Zakharova said.
