LUGANSK, September 20. /TASS/. The final day of the referendum in the Lugansk People’s Republic on entry into Russia will be a day off in the republic under a decree signed by LPR leader Leonid Pasechnik.

"I rule to declare September 27, 2022, a day off in the Luhansk People's Republic," reads the document published on the LPR leader’s website on Tuesday.
