KUPYANSK, September 9. /TASS/. Hostilities have ensued along the entire line of contact in the Kharkov Region on Thursday night, the region’s council of ministers told reporters citing its head Andrey Alexeyenko.

"Fighting continues along the entire line of contact. However, humanitarian assistance is still being distributed to the population in residential areas," the authority said in a statement.
