20 Grad rockets fired at Donetsk by Ukrainian troops
Ukrainian troops opened fire at Donetsk from their positions in Pervomaiskoye at 22:46 Moscow time, the mission of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to the Joint Control and Coordination Center said
DONETSK, July 1. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops fired 20 rockets from Grad multiple rocket launch systems at Donetsk on Friday evening, the mission of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to the Joint Control and Coordination Center said.
According to the mission, Ukrainian troops opened fire at Donetsk from their positions in Pervomaiskoye at 22:46 Moscow time.
Apart from that, Ukrainian troops fired five shells from a 155mm artillery system, which are used in NATO countries, from their positions in Peski at 22:24 and five 152mm artillery shells at Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district from Krasnogorovka at 21:35.
The DPR’s mission said earlier in the day that Ukrainian troops fired ten Grad rockets at Panteleimonovka, and ten at Mikhailovka from their positions in Novgorodskoye at 19:55 Moscow time. Thirty Grad rockets were fired at Yasinovataya from Ukrainian positions in Avdeyevka at 20:00.
Ukrainian troops have been shelling the DPR’s territory from various weapons since Friday morning. Four people were wounded in Donetsk. Four more were wounded and one was killed in Yasinovataya.
