LUGANSK, June 12. /TASS/. The office of the Lugansk People’s Republic at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire on Sunday said 11 apartment buildings and a kindergarten were damaged in an overnight shelling of Stakhanov.

"As a result of shelling of the population center of Stakhanov, 11 apartment buildings, seven single family homes and the Svetlyachok kindergarten were damaged," the office said on Telegram.

The office earlier said Ukrainian forces fired seven shells from the Uragan multiple launch rocket system toward Stakhanov at 03:35 on Sunday.

Ukrainian forces have shelled Stakhanov multiple times in recent days.
