DONETSK, June 12. /TASS/. An elderly woman was injured on Saturday when the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled Donetsk, the Territorial Defense Headquarters of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said.

"Ukrainian armed groups injured a woman in Donetsk’s Kievsky district. Several garages and vehicles were destroyed <…> in the shelling," the headquarters said. "A woman born in 1938 was injured and hospitalized."

Earlier in the day, it was reported that a civilian was injured in another district of the city.
