MINSK, May 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups are penetrating into Belarus’ territory, Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Alexander Volfovish said on Sunday.

"Engineering equipment is being placed along sections of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, they are being mined. Sabotage and reconnaissance groups are operating along the border and enter the Belarusian territory," he said in an interview with the Belarus-1 television channel.

According to Volfovich, Ukraine has deployed some 10,500 troops in the Rovno direction, 4,500 troops in the Chernigov direction, and more than 5,500 troops in the Kiev direction.
