TSKHINVAL, May 11. /TASS/. It is too early, if not impossible, for South Ossetia to hold dialogue with Georgia at this point, Alan Gagloyev, who won Sunday’s presidential election in South Ossetia, said in an interview with TASS.

"There currently are the Geneva Discussions, there is the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism. This is a framework. It is too early, if not impossible, to talk about any projects [with Georgia]," he noted.

Gagloyev added that Tbilisi should take political decisions to create conditions for discussing "various issues" with South Ossetia.
