MOSCOW, May 8. /TASS/. A bridge over the river in Slavyansk in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has been mined by Ukrainian nationalists who are seeking to accuse Russian troops of its explosion, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Sunday.

"Neo-Nazis of Ukrainian armed units have mined a railway and motor bridge over the River Sukhoi Torets in Slavyansk in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They plan to blow it up to accuse Russian troops of that," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
