Transnistrian head denies rumors of general mobilization

The provocateurs allow themselves to speculate about the developments in the world, including in Transnistria, Vadim Krasnoselsky said

CHISINAU, April 27. /TASS/. Transnistrian head Vadim Krasnoselsky has denied rumors that the unrecognized republic declared an all-out mobilization and that the men of conscription age are not allowed to leave the country, he wrote on his Telegram channel on Wednesday

"We have to get back to the topic of misinformation once again. Among those who are spreading knowingly fake news are a Podolyaka and those who call themselves Mamalyga and Tokana. The provocateurs allow themselves to speculate about the developments in the world, including in Transnistria, voicing out loud their fantasies and allegations that have nothing to do with the Transnistrian reality. It sounded in the stream of their absurd lies that men of conscription age were restricted in leaving our republic and that a general mobilization has been allegedly announced," Krasnoselsky said.

"I officially declare that the republican leadership has not taken such decisions. I inform you that all the tasks of protecting public order and providing security in Transnistria are carried out by regular law enforcement agencies," he added.

Earlier in the day, the Mamalyga and Tokana Telegram channel wrote about an alleged forthcoming mobilization in Transnistria.
