On April 25, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that Russian troops and the DPR forces would suspend hostilities at 14:00 to allow civilians who may still be trapped at the Azov steel complex to exit the combat zone
MOSCOW, April 25. /TASS/. Civilians could leave the Azovstal industrial site in Mariupol, if "the Kiev regime stops using them as human shields," Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
"As for the reports saying ‘there’s no way people can leave’ the Azovstal site. They can, if the Kiev regime stops using them as human shields," she wrote on her Telegram channel.
