MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. There are no grounds to believe in fundamental changes of the behavior of foreign countries as regards sanctions on Russia, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday at the meeting on the situation in the metals sector.

"I have already said: no grounds are in place to believe in fundamental changes in the behavior of our partners [as regards sanctions on Russia] and we must keep this in mind when implementing our own strategy of the metals industry development either at the corporate level or at the state level," Putin said.

Changes should be made in the structure of production and supplies of domestic metals products based on new changes, the President added.
