KIEV, April 4. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed a decree appointing a delegation to the security guarantees talks with Russia.

The document was posted on the presidential website on Monday.

According to the decree, the delegation will be led by David Arakhamia, head of the pro-presidential Servant of the People parliamentary faction.
