Russian Armed Forces take out Mirgorod airfield near Poltava — Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. Russia’s Armed Forces have disabled the Mirgorod military airfield in the Poltava region, destroying several camouflaged Ukrainian combat helicopters and one aircraft, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov reported on Saturday.
"Mirgorod airfield in the Poltava region has also been taken out of action, and several Ukrainian combat helicopters and aircraft, which had been detected at its camouflaged parking lots, as well as fuel tanks and air weapons depots were destroyed," he said.
