UNITED NATIONS, March 22. /TASS/. The UN Security Council will review the incidents with poisonous chemicals in Ukraine Tuesday, Russian mission to the organization said.
"Today, the UN Security Council will review the situation with chemical incidents in Ukraine," the mission said.
On March 19, Russian National Defense Control Center head Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev announced that Ukrainian nationalists rigged ammonia and chlorine storages in Ukraine’s Sumy in order to poison city residents when Russian forces enter the city. A similar provocation is being prepared in the town of Kotlyarovo in the Nikolayev Region, with toxic chemical containers already delivered to a local school, Mizintsev said.
