Third round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations to take place on Polish-Belarusian border

MOSCOW, March 7. /TASS/. A third round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations is expected to take place on Monday, March 7, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to talks with Russia, Servant of the People Party lawmaker David Arakhamia said and added that the next round will be held on the Polish-Belarusian border as the previous one.
According to Arakhamia, the negotiations will kick off at 15:00 pm local time (coincides with Moscow Time) in Belovezhskaya Pushcha.
Earlier, during a stream at the Soloviev Live YouTube channel, a member of the Russian delegation and a senior Russian lawmaker Leonid Slutsky confirmed that the third round of negotiations may indeed take place on Monday, March 7.
Following the second round of talks held in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that that no documents had been agreed with Ukraine at the talks. According to him, "the talks that took place were a good opportunity to clearly convey to the Ukrainian side our vision of solving this problem. Going forward, everything will depend on the reaction of the Ukrainian side."
Russian delegation member, head of State Duma Committee on international affairs Leonid Slutsky said that "the third, no less important round of talks will take place in the upcoming days." In addition, the Russian lawmaker stressed that "parliamentary efforts will be needed, some agreements will have to be cemented and taken through a national ratification procedure." He noted that "this issue may be not so fast." Meanwhile, he noted, the implementation of the agreements that will be achieved during the next round of talks must not be delayed.
