ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 1. /TASS/. An observer from the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM), who has arrived in Russia’s Rostov-on-Don in a group of monitors, told TASS that he had no information about observers providing the coordinates of military targets in Donbass to the Ukrainian army.

Deputy chief of the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Eduard Basurin earlier told the Rossiya-1 TV channel that OSCE members had provided the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the coordinates of military targets in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, where military activities were underway.

"I haven’t heard about anything like that," the observer said in response to a question.

According to earlier reports, the OSCE mission’s motor convoy left the DPR and LPR, heading for Russia. The DPR Militia reported later that Ukrainian nationalist units had seized about 20 cars belonging to the OSCE SMM and there was no information about the fate of OSCE monitors. The first group of OSCE observers later arrived in Rostov-on-Don, another group is on its way to the city.
