DONETSK, March 1. /TASS/. All OSCE Special Monitoring Mission vehicles are leaving Donetsk, says Ruslan Yakubov, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) mission to the Joint Ceasefire Coordination and Control Center (JCCC).

"All OSCE vehicles are leaving Donetsk," he said.

The mission press office added that the observers notified it about their departure. It is unclear what checkpoint they are heading to.
