27 policemen injured, 24 protesters apprehended during clashes near Zelensky’s office

KIEV, February 24. /TASS/. The number of people, apprehended during clashes of nationalists and law enforcement officers near Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s office, increased from 17 to 24; a total of 27 law enforcement officers were injured, Kiev Police Department announced Tuesday.

"A total of 27 police officers were injured during the law enforcement operation at the Bankovaya Street. They are being provided with medical aid," the Department said in its Facebook.

The Department also noted that 24 protesters were brought into detention, versus previously reported 17. All of them were released after questioning.
