UNITED NATIONS, January 28. /TASS/. The summit between permanent members of the UN Security Council (Russia, US, France, the UK and China) could help fix the relations between the world’s leading powers, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said in an exclusive interview with TASS.

"I think the relationship among the most important powers in the world has been dysfunctional. It’s very important that this relationship becomes more functional, it will benefit everybody," he said. "So a summit among P5 is something that we see with very positive expectation.".
