Russian reconciliation center warns of chemical provocation being staged in Syria

MOSCOW, July 8. /TASS/. Terrorists have cobbled together at least 15 improvised explosive devices packed unknown substances in order to stage false flag attacks in Syrian inhabited localities, Alexander Shcherbitsky, chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria, said on Wednesday.
"According to the intelligence data, militants have manufactured at least 15 improvised explosive devices replete with unknown toxic substances in a special laboratory located in the town of Sarmada," Shcherbitsky revealed.
According to tip-offs from the local population, he added, the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group (banned in Russia) "is plotting a provocation in the settlement of Sfuhon, Fatira and Flaifel, in the Idlib province, with the aim of blaming the government forces for the use of chemical weapons."
