DONETSK, April 6. /TASS/. Two more coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), with the overall number of such cases reaching five, the DPR’s health ministry said on Monday.
"The DPR health ministry informs that two more COVID-19 cases were confirmed on April 6, 2020 after tests," it said.
According to the ministry, both patients are in satisfactory condition.
The first coronavirus case was confirmed in the DPR on March 31.
A high alert regime over the coronavirus epidemic threats was imposed in the DPR on March 14. DPR’s head, Denis Pushilin, decreed to banned visits to Russia. All who enter the republic are obliged to stay is self-isolation within two weeks. People older than 65 are required to stay at home. Apart from that, all mass events have been prohibited.
