KIEV, March 31. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada (parliament)’s Human Rights Commissioner Lyudmila Denisova visited Kirill Vyshinsky, Editor-in-Chief of RIA Novosti Ukraine, in a pre-trial detention center. He told her that he would exercise his constitutional right and vote in Ukraine’s presidential election.
"I will exercise my constitutional right," he explained. The video of the conversation was uploaded to the Ukrainian ombudsperson’s Facebook page.
Ukraine's presidential election is underway and polls will close at 20:00 local time on Sunday. A record number of candidates - 39 - are running in the presidential race.
