KIEV, March 31. /TASS/. One of key candidates in Ukraine’s presidential election Yulia Tymoshenko, the former prime minister and leader of the Fatherland (Batkivshchyna) Party, cast her vote on Sunday.
Tymoshenko voted at a ballot station in one of lyceums in Kiev.
"You know that today Ukraine put the clock forward to spring time, and I believe that simultaneously we will take a step forward for a successful, prosperous and European Ukraine," Tymoshenko said. "I believe that today a new stage in the country’s history is beginning, and I hope spring will be victorious, and I absolutely believe that Ukraine awaits changes."
