KIEV, March 20. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Central Election Commission has denied registration to Russian nationals as short-term observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) at the country’s presidential election.
According to Alexander Klyuzhev, representative of the Opora non-governmental election monitoring organization, the decision was made at the commission’s meeting on Wednesday.
