MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Moscow and Washington don’t have to agree on all global issues but they need to hold talks, which is in the entire world’s interest, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"We don’t have to agree on all issues, which is probably impossible, but we do have to hold talks. It is not only in the interest of the two countries but also in the entire world’s interest," Peskov said.
