Trump congratulates Lopez Obrador on winning presidential election in Mexico

TASS, July 2. US President Donald Trump congratulated Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on his victory in the presidential elections in Mexico and stated his readiness to work with him.
"Congratulations to Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on becoming the next President of Mexico. I look very much forward to working with him. There is much to be done that will benefit both the United States and Mexico!" Trump wrote on Twitter.
Lopez Obrador represents the Together We’ll Make History political coalition of left forces. It unites the National Regeneration Movement, the Labor Party and the Social Encounter Party.
According to the data of the national electoral commission, the processing of ballot papers of 1,310 out of 156,800 polling stations showed that Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador is leading with 46,9% of votes. His closest rival Ricardo Anaya has 30.10% of votes.
Jose Antonio Meade and Jaime Rodriguez Calderon have 17.44% and 5.94% of votes respectively.
