GOYANG /South Korea/, April 27. /TASS/. South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un have started talks in the border village of Panmunjom, the South Korean presidential press service said. This is the first inter-Korean summit to be held in more than ten years.
