MOSCOW, October 21 (Itar-Tass) - The Basmanny district court in Moscow has arrested in absentia Director General of the Russian potash giant Uralkali Vladislav Baumgertner on Monday.

“The court satisfied the request from the detectives to arrest Baumgertner in absentia,” press secretary of the court Natalya Romanova told Itar-Tass.
