ASTANA, April 30. /TASS/. Chinese chess player Ding Liren defeated Russia’s Ian Nepomniachtchi in the fourth tie break game of the World Chess Championship in Astana.

The 14 games with standard time control resulted in a 7:7 tie. Additional four fast chess (game of 25 minutes + 10 seconds per turn) were assigned, with three ending in tie and with Ding Liren winning the fourth one.
