MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. Russia’s two-time Olympic champion Yelena Isinbayeva has been elected as a member of the Executive Board of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), Alexander Zhukov, the committee’s president, said on Thursday.

The voting took place during the ROC session on Thursday in the Russian capital.
