SOCHI, March 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian biathlete Alena Kaufman wins her second gold in the Sochi Paralympics with victory in the women’s 10km standing race.

She finished the race in a time of 29 minutes 57.1 seconds with one miss.

Ukraine’s Alexandra Kononova won silver and Russia’s Natalia Bratyuk - bronze.

Another Russian Anna Milenina came sixth.

Kaufman brought the ninth gold medal to the Russian national team. At the moment, Russia tops the medal table with 30 medals (9 gold, 12 silver and 9 bronze).
