SOCHI, February 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian speed skater Viktor Ahn qualified to finals in men’s 1000 meters race.
In the second semifinal race, Ahn ranked first showing a result of 1 minute 24.102 seconds.
Another Russian, Semion Yelistratov finished third (1.24.275).
After the first semifinal, another Russian athlete Vladimir Grigoriev, who ranked first in the first race, also passed to finals.
