SOCHI, February 07. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived at the Fisht Stadium in Sochi to take part in the opening ceremony of the 22nd Olympic Winter Games.

More than 40 leaders of foreign states are also attending the ceremony.
