MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. Russian judoka Regina Akhtyamova won gold in the under-44 kg category at the cadet world championships in Ecuador.

Akhtyamova defeated Turkey's Sema Nur Yuksel in the final.

Russian judoka Emiliya Saifutdinova won bronze in the under-40 kg category.

The tournament will conclude on August 23. Russian national team judoka are competing in Ecuador with support from the Russian Sports Fund.
