SHANGHAI, October 17. /TASS/. Russia’s Diana Shnaider defeated China’s Zhu Lin in the quarterfinals of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) tournament in Ningbo, China.

Shnaider, the tournament’s seventh seed, won 2-6, 6-3, 6-1. Zhu had entered the main draw on a wild card granted by the organizers.

In the semifinals, Shnaider will face her compatriot Ekaterina Alexandrova, the tournament’s fourth seed.
