BAKU, June 22. /TASS/. UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones has retired from professional fighting, UFC President Dana White reported at a press conference.

"Jon Jones is officially retired. Tom Aspinall is the heavyweight champion of the UFC," White stated.

At 37, Jones leaves behind a legacy few can rival. A former light heavyweight champion, he boasts an impressive record of 28 wins and just a single loss. One of his bouts was ruled a no-contest.
