BERLIN, June 15. /TASS/. Switzerland beat Hungary 3-1 in their opening match in Group A at Euro 2024 in Germany’s Cologne.

Goals from Kwadwo Duah (12th minute) and Michel Aebischer (45th minute) in the first half and a goal from Breel Embolo (90+3) earned a win for the Swiss team. Barnabas Varga scored for Hungary in the 71th minute.
