MOSCOW, January 14. /TASS/. Artur Beterbiev from Russia defended light heavyweight champion titles in a bout with Callum Smith staged in Canada’s Quebec by a technical knockout.

Beterbiev continues holding International Boxing Federation (IBF), World Boxing Council (WBC) and World Boxing Organization (WBO) titles.

He may have the next fight for the absolute championship with Dmitry Bivol from Russia, who holds the World Boxing Association (WBA) title.
