CAIRO, November 30. /TASS/. Egypt, Greece and Saudi Arabia are getting ready to submit a joint bid to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup finals, Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed al-Khateeb said on Wednesday.

"Riyadh is considering the possibility of submitting a bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup together with Egypt and Greece," the minister said, according to the Al-Yaum Al-Sabia news portal on Wednesday.

As al-Khateeb stressed, "these three countries will invest heavily in infrastructure and sports facilities and will certainly be ready for this event." He added that by 2030, his country would have the best football stadiums and fan zones in the world.He expressed certainty that the joint bid by Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Greece to host the world football contest would be successful.
