MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. The Kremlin is not considering the possibility to boycott the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"No, it is not under consideration," he said.

The Kremlin spokesman stressed that Russia "remains unwilling to accept many decisions concerning our athletes that WADA has made." "We oppose the violation of our athletes’ rights, we are against groundless violations of rights, but at the same time, Russia remains committed to the Olympic ideas, as President Putin said, it is his decision," the Kremlin spokesman said.

Peskov added that Russia maintains all the channels for communication with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), as well as with other international organizations.
