MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) has set up a special commission to probe into the crash of an An-148 passenger plane near Moscow on Sunday, an IAC spokesman told TASS.

"The IAC has set up a commission to probe into the air crash. It number four specialists," the spokesman said, adding that they have already set off of the crash site.
