Spectacular 'Circle of light' festival opened with musical and multimedia show performed on Moscow's Ostankino Pond and Tower. The event will be held on September 23-27. In 2017, large-scaled video projections and installations will be displayed at several city venues, including Moscow's Theater Square, Tsaritsyno park and Strogino pond.
