YEKATERINBURG, September 28. /TASS/. Police in Yekaterinburg have detained black vendors during an attempt to sell a one-kilogram uncut emerald, a source in the law enforcement said.

"Law enforcers have detained malefactors who were planning to sell an uncut one-kilogram emerald," the source said.

The Sverdlovsk region’s police force, press-office of the regional federal security service department (FSB) and the Yekaterinburg’s police department refrained from comment.
